10/2013 – Present Storage Analyst Truist Financial, Raleigh, NC Planned, built, & maintained an enterprise backup solution for Truist Bank. This included utilizing Service Now. As a team we troubleshot daily incidents regarding Rubrik, Networker & Avamar backups. I am a member of a team tasked with migrating to Rubrik. Rubrik will be the primary backup solution. My daily tasks include adding clients to SLAs, distributing and troubleshooting RBS client for multiple platforms, maintaining nodes and clusters and working with Rubrik support for the over all deployment of Rubrik.
