- Owner, Director, Puppeteer, Script & Song Writer, Sound Technician I've been co-owner since 1991, and sole owner and director since 2012. As owner I run the business - which includes hiring and training the personnel, handling all the paperwork

(including booking the various shows for field trips and birthday parties), the design and updating of the business website and Facebook page, and resolving any problem or issue that should arise. In addition I'm the head puppeteer and creator. I relocated to Lubbock in October of 2023.

I hold three positions here currently. I run the Admissions Desk where I'm responsible for selling the tickets and assisting the customers, answering the phones, and booking Birthday Parties and Field Trips. Some days I also run the Concession Stand, where I make and sell the popcorn, pizza and pretzels. And thirdly, I'm usher at their Omni Theater, where I collect the tickets, make announcements to the audience, and clean up the theater after each movie. In addition, in accordance with my puppetry business, I perform monthly puppet shows in their small auditorium.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Creative Skills: I'm responsible for writing the original scripts and songs, designing the mechanics of the various props, and recording and editing the final soundtrack of dialogue, music and sound effects which are used during the puppet performances. Writing Skills: Aside from the script and song writing mentioned above, I also write the business literature and ads we use at the theater (including brochures, webpages, Facebook posts, etc.) I've also written a collection of original folk tales which I published in February 2015. Thinker/Innovator: I have an ability to come up with creative ideas to help achieve a goal more effectively.

Personal Interaction: As a puppeteer for the past 25 years I’ve been involved in direct interaction with adults and children through not just live performances, but also creative workshops and week long puppetry camps.

Leadership: Not counting my experience over the past 33 years, I’ve been raised to supervisory positions at several earlier jobs (including a silk screening position and in the mail room at the Cape Cod Times newspaper).
