RESPONSIBILITIES
1.) Receive bid invites from numerous contractors and search construct connect, plan hub, etc. for upcoming bids.
2.) Perform take-offs in detail for said jobs and send to specified vendors for pricing 3.) Put together detailed excel sheet showing prices, tax, markups and labor to produce competitive bids.
4.) Once job is won, I would get shop drawings and material data sheets together along with samples for approval.
5.) Order all material needed for jobs. (Storefront, curtainwall, glass, panels, accessories, etc.) 6.) Measure and create elevations on GDS in order to get cut lists and glass sizes. 7.) Send cut lists to fab shop and stay on top of fabrication until complete. 8.) Send out frames and glass for install and make job site visits once or twice a week until complete.
9.) Help A/R & A/P with receipts, billing, and labor hours. SKILLS
