• Provided white glove IT support to all levels of staff including C-Suite executives and Artists across Pace’s worldwide network of galleries in New York, Los Angeles, London, Geneva, Hong Kong, and Seoul. Supported the Glimcher family (gallery founders) and various gallery artists on as-needed basis, including artists such as Julian Schnabel and Lucas Samaras, for whom I also served as a gallery liaison.

• Managed departmental budget of $750,000 including expenditure approval for software and user hardware. Managed $10,000+ Adobe licenses per month.

• Responsible for the management and administration of the gallery’s assets including managing network routers/switches, MDM, user account management and active directory administration.

• Specified, implemented and configured a Digital Asset Management system incorporating all the gallery’s image assets (30TB+ data).

• Implemented, maintained and enforced MFA and other security policies.

• Oversaw relationships with cell phone carriers and managed 120+ employee accounts. Responsible for managing the firm’s VOIP phones to ensure a high level of service.
