BASIC FUNCTION
Oversees the educational process related to the department/college. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Documents daily monitoring of the performance and attendance of instructors in the department.
2. Coordinates and ensure that all Instructors use updated and uniform teaching syllabus and resource units.
3. Conducts regular semestral evaluation of all instructors in the department.
4. Initiates evaluation and formulation of all necessary updating and revision of all departmental subject syllabus and resource units
(including references).

Coordinates with assistant administrator re: assignment of proctors and distribution of test materials during major examinations.
