Job Description :

o Supervision of Site preparation during mobilization period in accordance with mobilization program.

o Overseeing Site surveying and setting out of grid lines and levels o Overall, supervision and coordination of site engineers and General Foreman duties, responsibilities and allocation of work.

o Coordinate with engineers to ensure execution of work is carried out as per requirements and in accordance with approved method statements. o Ensure through the site engineers that all required Inspection / Tests are carried out in accordance with Relevant Inspection / Test Plans, and all Inspection Request Forms are signed off by the Consultant Resident Engineer. o Follow-up with engineers and General foreman for the efficient usage of materials and to minimize waste, and supervise lay down areas. o Ensure that all required Site Reports are submitted in timely manner. o Coordinate Subcontractors work and conduct regular coordination and progress / productivity meetings on Site.

o Monitor materials delivery and take necessary action following Project Manager’s instructions to ensure no delays will occur. o Monitor the implementation of Quality and Safety procedures and give suggestions for improvement if any.

o Make necessary arrangements to maintain the availability of sufficient Human resources, correct materials and equipment / tools to ensure continuity of work and avoid double handling of materials on site. o Delegate duties to personnel reporting to me while retraining responsibilities. o Skills:
