ACHIEVEMENTS
• Wired two induction motors one is 160kw and other is 415kw motors with the variable frequency drives . programmed vfds,those motors were controlling 9D mixer and K4 mixer respectively.that reduced costs for the company as they used to hire outside contractors to install new machines .I found that fitters and electrician their duty were to maintain.
•Improved machines by adding timers to improve production on presses that never had,so that time wasting by operators can be limited that increased production by almost 20% from what they were getting and reduces rejects caused by overheating products.
