Worked in Sheel Oil and Fats Pvt. Ltd. as Mechanical / Utility Engineer with following responsibilities -:

Coordinating Operation and Maintenance activities observing Safety, PMS and 5S during plant running and shutdown period of

FBC Type Boiler of capacity 12 TPH and 25 TPH at working pressure 67 kg/cm2and steam temperature 440 0C

Steam Turbine of 4 MW output with Condenser and Extraction Steam for steam process plant.

Thermic Fluid Heater of 80 Lakh kilo calorie at temperature 298-304 oC.

Utilities of Plant likeAir compressor 90 KW and 37 KW, RO and DM Plant, Cooling Waters.

Rotary Equipments like pumps, gear boxes, Blowers and plant related equipments.

Record operation and Inventory management of maintenance activities in SAP.

Ensure an adequate provisioning of tools and engineering materials to work after inspection for quality.

Carry out additional jobs which may come up time to time as instructed by superior.

Exhaustive working experience in MS Office and other computer programs on window.
