Manage lean operations of all facilities in Denton, TX providing support for production and distribution functions that supply parts and kits to Peterbilt Motors.
Support the requirements of various automotive programs-combining products to deliver complete systems, modules, parts, and materials.
Built and deployed new WMS Deposco (Cloud based WMS). Implemented Deposco in all EMLS facilities in 9 months. 6 months later we implemented Deposco in the Peterbilt Motors plant in Denton, Texas.
Full P and L responsibilities for all business & property operations.
Opened 5 new 70,000 sf buildings. Buildings total, 625,000 sf.
Developed job processes with hands-on lean practices with our Quality Team and other members of our staff.
Managed all manufacturing and distribution activities: WMS, Inventory Management, Ship/Receive, Min/Max, local transportation management, cross-docking and dispatching.
Worked with Tier 1 suppliers to ensure product availability and deliveries.
Converted a non-WMS facility to PACCAR’S Warehouse Control System to meter bulk quantities of parts. Later moved that process to Deposco.
Managed all Transportation requirements of 24 local drivers through safe loading and unloading of parts and kits that are essential for plant’s current production. Production consists of 3 shifts to support Peterbilt’s build rate of 180 trucks a day.

Managed 3 facilities with a combined total of 500,000 square feet, with full responsibility of KPIs, Project coordination, Customer care, and consistency for mass Distribution. Reported to Senior Vice President.
Effectively coordinated and moved 300+ truckloads of freight to a new 300,000 square foot distribution center to start-up a new manufacturing and distribution center.
Directed 6 Managers and 120 warehouse/facility employees.
Developed budgets for all facilities totaling $100M in revenue. Monitored all P&L statements. Developed and deployed budgets from each cost center.
Coordinated yearly bids with various truckload and LTL carriers. Offset freight cost increases by carrier sourcing, redistribution of routes, and teaming with customers keeping costs flat 4 years and only increasing 4% over 6 years.
Coordinated the closure of our Ohio facility and moved all products to our Dallas facility. This involved working with Human Resources and legal on staffing reductions. In addition, I worked closely with finance and engineering for disposition of all assets including transfer, sale, and liquidation.
Responsible for all Corporate Safety programs working with Safety and Legal teams. Reviewed effectiveness of all facility level safety programs.
