My main objective is to ensure the Hourly Budget Amazon contracted to ABM are being used properly and accurately.
I also ensure all ABM Employees arrive at each job sight on the correct times scheduled and leave at the correct times scheduled.
My second main objective is to inspect the buildings, times vary as I am in charge of both day and night shift, I make sure it's up to Cleaning standards.
I make sure all Safty codes and procedures are being followed as well, if I find any discrepancies, I relay it to the team and explain what needs to be corrected or needs more attention. I'm also in charge of conducting Orientations.
I get Emails from a recruiter with all the employee's information. Then I call the new hire and inform them of what to bring for their first day, they are also instructed to watch their Emails. They are to complete an online boarding task. It's basically an online orientation where they fill out their direct deposits, do their I-9s, w4s, signs off on reading the work rules and other safety forms.
If they can't do it themselves I help them complete it on the first day, and basically finish hiring them on. We also have our Employees do Safty trainings through reading packets and quizzes, so they stay alert on being safe and aware, as it's mandatory of Amazon and ABM. Laundry Worker

I maintain and clean the building, I would wipe down the Washers and Dryers and then give them a shine with Stainless Steel.
I would also wipe down tables and benches, and sweep and mop, and remove trash from the Trash bens and take them to the Dumpter outside.
My Main Objective was to Wash and Fold Customers Clothing in a Timely Manner. I also handled the money transactions.
Depending on the amount of cloths and how they weighed, I would give them a price and have them pay when they returned to pick up.
I would also take orders over the Phone, or if they were regular, through text, and make preparation for their arrival, such as Possible Price for the Description given to me of the amount of cloths, if there were delicate items, or if they wanted me to use a cleaning product I didn't have. Our department was in charge of separating trash from recyclables. We would fill large boxes of different recyclables and throw them onto Compactors, then tie or wrap the pallets and bales after they reached a certain size. The trash we'd throw away in a Compactor.
