• July 2020 – present. Manufacturing Supervisor for WCI.

• Responsibilities include the following:

• Adhering to and monitoring Safety Policies and ensuring that operators are operating within all Safety Guidelines including wearing proper PPE.

• Scheduling operators to respective machines. Staffing issues.

• Scheduling and approving PTO.

Duties included, annual reviews, performance corrective actions, maintaining production schedule, work assignments, scheduling vacation. Forklift Certification. 5s projects, following up on Near Miss and Incident recording.

● Group Lead for Tyco Fire Protection Products 3.5 years. Lead most departments, including AFFF, Stainless Steel, Dry Chemical and Cartridge deparments.

● As team leader had to perform maintenance, as well as insuring all workers were sufficiently supplied

● Signing off on others jobs, insuring quality at start and 20 minute intervals and end of each run for all 15 employees.

● Served in the United States Air Force 1987-1991. Other Accomplishment: Umpire for the state of Illinois 6 years in both boys baseball and girls softball. The IHSA certification has allowed me to make quick decisions within the confines of set rules and regulations. Resolve conflicts and make decisions based on what is right for both parties

Coaching:

Head Coach for the Hiawatha Hawks Jr. and Sr. High School in Kirkland, IL in basketball. Coached both boys and girls from ages 12-18. I have also coached both girls softball and boys baseball for 7 years. Being with diverse personalities has enabled me to assess talent and help motivate individuals in a team-orientated atmosphere.
