As a Civil Engineer with more than 34 years of experience, my philosophy is to execute any Project with a high sense of professionalism and efficacy. Making sure any and all necessary actions are taken to ensure a successful and on-schedule project comple- tion.

My extended professional experience, working for different construction companies, and developing projects on my own, has given me the necessary knowledge and prin- ciples to complete different scales projects mainly within the border region of Tijua- na/San Diego. These projects have been developed with the highest level of quality, on time, and in the most sustainable manner within my reach. Objectives
