Summary: The purpose of this resume is because I’m seeking full-time employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a long-term healthcare facility. My goal is to perform the task given. Performed a range of ADL’s. This includes incontinent care, dressing, assist resident w/ bed pan, urinals, use of prostetics, proper foot wear for diabetics, measure urine I&O, transfer from bed to w/c.
Mission Care:
ADL’s; Performed a wide range of care to residents. Duties extended as far as bathing, nail care, foot care, mouth care, skin care, incontinent care, feeding.
Colonial Oaks:
ADL’s; Bathing, feeding, incontinent care, to residents in an assisted living facility of One hundred + residents. Giving basic care to a wide range of patient populations.
