Roles and Responsibilities as Clinical Data Manager:
Perform study setup activities including CRF (Case Report Forms) design, CRF annotation, document creation and/or approval, data entry screen design and testing, validation check testing and approval.
Handling all the data management activities including Discrepancy Management and data reconciliations from external database.
Prepared weekly and monthly reports on the study status and present reports to the study teams.
Developed Edit Check Specifications for EDC and performed UAT, also run data listings.
Coordinated the timely completion of the database lock procedures.
Performed quality control on database to ensure that the results are conforming to the quality standards.
Allocate and prioritize workloads for multiple projects (data entry, Pre-entry review and query management tasks).
Export database listings and review the listing as per protocol requirement.
Act as subject matter expert for data management issues between study team.
Assist in the maintenance of the study database including routine revisions or additions to include the design and/or modification of routine and existing study database edit check programs for assigned studies.
Manages 3rd party vendors and central labs.
Performs vendor management, identifying the issues and collaborate with the cross functional teams to resolve the issue.
