Receiving: Unload and unpack merchandise from trailers; check for accuracy and quality; mark items with codes. Use mobile handheld device to check in/receive product. Receive and palletize UPS and FEDEX deliveries; sort products by vendor; enter information into computer system to enable items to be stocked. Stocking: Put inventory in the correct areas of the warehouse; put products on shelves and rotate properly; maintain a clean and organized space.

Inventory management: Cycle counting; count inventory and reconcile discrepancies. Material Handling: operate material handling equipment, including small hand tools; stand up forklift; sit down forklift; tugger; cherry picker; man-up; pallet handlers; hand trucks. Order Filling: Use hands-free RF device to identify and locate product; bring fulfilled orders to shipping. Shipping: prepare merchandise for shipping using shrink-wrap machine or other devices; load product onto trailers. Associate Training: Assists the Supervisor with conducting hands-on training of new associates, including explaining job requirements, as well as clarifying operating policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Licenses & Certifications: Trained and licensed/certified periodically as required to operate material handling equipment, specifically, Crown and Raymond forklifts.
