2-19-2024 - 6-30-2024
I was working as a Calibration Technician responsible for all of the gage and instrument verification and calibration of various load cells, force measurement equipment, torque equipment, electronic equipment, thermal temperature/humidity controllers, hand-held measuring devices...calipers, O.D. mics, etc. I am getting acquainted with a new calibration database software system. I’m also getting acquainted with a previously acquired Hexagon Romer Arm. Oerlikon Coating USA Inc., 199 Kay Industrial Dr, Lake Orion, MI 48359 Diamond Coating Dept. (New Technology), Technician I 3-14-2022 – 2-16-2024
I was working as a diamond coating technician, responsible for the correct and precise mixing of the necessary chemicals used to correctly prepare carbide metal cutting tools for diamond seeding the chemically affected surfaces for extra strength and longevity. The tools are then staged in ovens which are under extreme high heat and extreme negative pressure for a specified amount of hours according to their carbide metal grade. Once the process is complete, it is impossible to forsake any of the performed procedures. How the tools are prepared is paramount for a successful outcome. I used a Fisher XRF machine on a constant daily basis. Jenoptik North America LLC, Rochester Hills, Michigan Assembly, Final Check Inspector

I primarily served as a setup, calibration, and final check technician of air gaging systems manufactured by Jenoptik for major automotive and RV manufacturers worldwide. I also assisted with assembling complex gaging systems for automotive components of all varieties, including participating in Gage R&R studies on gaging systems. I also assisted visiting customers on the use and care of precision gaging of all varieties. Trillium Technical Staffing, Rochester Hills, Michigan Calibration Technician
