-Perform Scope Walks/Pre Move Out Inspections on detached single family homes and create line items for items the houses need to make them market ready
-Perform Quality Walk Throughs of detached single family homes to verify all work completed by vendors was completed to Home Partners of America/Pathlight Property Management quality standards.
-Perform Move In Readiness Walk Throughs of residential properties at least 5 days prior to the resident Move In Date to assure home is ready for new resident.
-Create lines items from Quality Walk Throughs for any additional items that need to be addressed/repaired
-All work line items completed in the Scopesy App with associated pictures
-Track progress of houses/manage daily workload in PMP to determine which houses are ready for a Quality Walk and the status of the repair workorders
-Conduct Utility Activation Meetings with Local Utility Authorities
-Communicate Daily with Project Managers on status of residential properties so Project Managers can dispatch proper vendors for repairs or cleanings
-Conduct Vacancy Walks to verify all houses are clean and secure. Create Workorders as needed if repairs are deemed from the Vacancy Walks
-Monitor and Maintain the Quality of a Portfolio of 450 single family and attached single family homes
