• I am responsible for a staff between 15-18 people. I did all the team member scheduling. I am responsible for our food cost inventory, which is done once a week. Papa Gino's also encouraged us to "hit the streets" to find new business opportunities. New catering accounts, school accounts ect. which I enjoyed the most. The Medfield location at this current time is ranked 20th out of approximately 150 locations for comp sales. Up 6.5% from this time last year.

• I started out as a front counter clerk, and quickly learned the grill area and the prep area. I learned how to use meat slicer. I began to order the food,produce, and the paper goods. In 1990 I became the Manager. I was then responsible for Scheduling, payroll, food ordering as well as advertising.

• My responsibilities were to manage a staff of 15. Do all the food, paper, and produce ordering.I also worked in every aspect of the restaurant. From cooking to cleaning. I also implemented a food delivery service which was very rewarding. I also brought in credit card sales which grew the business quickly. While I was the owner there were 2 things I was most proud of. 1 was making all the camp lunches for the wheeler camp in Rehoboth, Mass from 2000 to 2004. Also we did all the school lunches every Wednesday for St. Margaret private school From 2004 to 2010
