Monitor all phases of construction projects by planning, organizing, preforming quality inspections, supervising sub- contractors, and staff. Communicate effectively to all field personnel the company’s / owners’ goals regarding construction. 2024–Present: W.J.P.2 Consulting LLC: Construction professional and military Veteran with over 20 years of experience in construction management. Expert in building construction, renovation, and contract management. Passionate about personal integrity, client satisfaction and consistently delivering quality results on every project. On a typical project, I serve as the Owner’s Representative, working with design teams and Owner's to match budget with code and housing requirements. I coordinate construction processes therefore advocating the best interest for the clients. In addition, providing construction consulting, contract administration and planning for capital improvements. I advocate for the Owner and pursue adherence to quality standards and construction schedules on every project, whether it is a renovation work, an addition or building from the ground up. I stand by our clients and are known for managing complicated projects on tight schedules. 2020-2024: Summit Roofing & Harbeck Roofing (NC): Project Manager for a local roofing company. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction / roofing trade workers and their helpers. Oversee crew of 10 labor’s installing roofs to include; tear off, replace new shingles, medal roofs. Ensure Fortified Standard are following Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety (IBHS) and the North Carolina “Strengthen Your Roof Grant Program.

Working knowledge of the following: Building Officials Code Administrators International (BOCA), Flood Damage-Resistant Materials Requirements under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and FEMA Coastal Construction Manual.

Site supervisor to ensure all phases of construction are properly constructed.

Primary responsibility is to advise Rear Admirals on issues and initiatives pertaining to all Coast Guard enlisted members and their families within the Fifth District.
