2024–Present: W.J.P.2 Consulting LLC: Construction professional and military Veteran with over 20 years of experience in construction management. Expert in building construction, renovation, and contract management. Passionate about personal integrity, client satisfaction and consistently delivering quality results on every project. On a typical project, I serve as the Owner’s Representative, working with design teams and Owner's to match budget with code and housing requirements. I coordinate construction processes therefore advocating the best interest for the clients. In addition, providing construction consulting, contract administration and planning for capital improvements. I advocate for the Owner and pursue adherence to quality standards and construction schedules on every project, whether it is a renovation work, an addition or building from the ground up. Working knowledge of the following: Building Officials Code Administrators International (BOCA), Flood Damage-Resistant Materials Requirements under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and FEMA Coastal Construction Manual.
