As a driver I would retrieve meat which are hung on a stick long like logs of meat that come from the oven after being stuffed from the grinding and stuffing side. The meat sit in the dryer rooms until the meat gets hard in order to be cut into pepperoni which gets washed and weighed paper work did during process ready to go to the chill lines where this area is cold that helps with the process being sliced to pepperoni size. I would also put the pallets away after a pallet is fully loaded with maximum boxes depending on the count. I wrapped using the wrapper machine then either placed in the warehouse or put on trailer for next day shipping I worked overnights in the shipping area would do some normal house keeping gave help to packing side area if needed a brief detail of some of the work I did. As an operator you prep by getting all the stuff to get started to help make the batch of medicine that is the vaccine for the domestic animals. You would be in some air tight rooms so know contamination will enter the rooms, the rooms are kept sanitize daily. The vaccine mix in a tank for an amount of time. Then it is ran through tubes through other connections ready to be put into vals 1cm once that happen the vals get capped and sealed off ready to go into trays weighed wrapped paper done placed into cooler for shipment.

Well, my job assignment consisted loading trailers our finished products, so I operated the stand on lift truck, and stand on electric pallet jack.

I would watch the conveyor lines for any bad packages going out pretty much trouble shooting where I can stop the lines from a panel and start up after correcting the current problem. Would also ride the pallet jack through plant to pick up other pallets after being palletize from same lines it was too keep up with two leers being ran from a single line.
