Big Bear Property Management

Hello my name is George wood I have ** years experience in property Management my father on several guest lodges and properties in Big Bear for which I worked for him as a lodge manager and caretaker of his properties some of his properties were the largest in the Big Bear area I was basically the area manager because I took care of four lodges and reservations for several privately owned homes my duties included maintenance of the property maintenance of the facility and even snow removal of the grounds and anything that was related to renting the cabins like reservations over the phone and normal office operations of checking guest in and going down to the cabins and lighting utilities and checking back with the guests to see if they needed anything I would also do some of the housekeeping tasks and laundry of the linens during the summer months I would be painting the cabins remodeling them operating the swimming pool and whatever task needed to be done to the properties I'm very interested in running a tele-q property because I understand that you folks are very easy and good to work for
