Calculating the quantity of materials and equipment needed for work and for each individual in order to complete the scope.
Studying architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate the project’s costs.
Preparation of daily and weekly reports for all the completed works, in addition to the daily productivity and progress reports.
Attending weekly meetings with subcontractors, consultants, Clients and our Sr management projects for monitoring the progress of previous weeks and to plan for the work ahead and discuss any issues or complications.
Preparing interim payment application.
Preparing Calculation Sheets for IPA.
Preparing payment for subcontractors.
Preparing variation sheet for additional work.
Preparing Quantities for the tendering works.
