OVERVIEW OF SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES

Eric Siegel is an environmental geologist and project manager with over fifteen years of experience leading environmental investigation and remediation programs for commercial, industrial, and government clients. Eric has significant experience managing environmental and geological drilling projects using various drilling techniques, and in groundwater, soil, and soil vapor sampling. He has provided geologic interpretation and groundwater modeling for site conceptual models and has generated and reviewed all field investigation and site closure reports for numerous private-sector clients and government regulatory agencies. He is well versed on many company-specific and OSHA-mandated environmental health and safety (EHS) practices and implementation, including leading site safety meetings and developing job hazard analyses. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Wyoming, and carries an active 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current annual 8-hour refreshers.

Over the past five years, Eric has served as a Project and Program manager for an expanding, large-scale client portfolio with several hundred active projects. He was the primary client point-of-contact, and managed a team of 10 to 12 employees, including training, scheduling, generating and maintaining project budgets, client invoicing, and report preparation and review. He is adept at handling fast-paced changes to project scopes and regulatory requirements, including emergency environmental spill response. He is familiar with a wide range of soil and groundwater remedial technologies and has successfully implemented these at various project locations to achieve closure. Although his recent focus has been with the oil and gas industry in Colorado, his flexibility, breadth of knowledge, and significant field and office experience can directly carry over to a wide range of environmental and geological work for a variety of industrial and regulatory applications. PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

March 2013 – August 2024: Project Geologist/Program Manager; Tasman, Inc; Denver, CO Worked on environmental assessment, remediation, and reporting for upstream and midstream oil and gas projects under the CO Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) regulations, as well as retail gas station projects under the CO Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS) regulations. Provided drilling and excavation oversight, managed field teams, and executed environmental soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling events. Worked on high-profile projects with legal involvement, and under various levels of PPE

(Level B) and EHS oversight. Prepared and reviewed all required reports for oil and gas clients and regulatory agencies. Managed a team of 10-12 employees and was the primary program manager and point-of-contact for a large oil and gas client project portfolio in Colorado. Project Experience

Program Manager, Upstream/Midstream Oil and Gas Projects, Weld County, CO Managed environmental assessment and remediation program for large-scale oil and gas client, including several hundred decommissioning, spill response, groundwater monitoring, and soil/groundwater remediation projects. Duties included: oversight and management of 10-12 employees; acting as client liaison and primary point-of-contact for the entire portfolio; developing and maintaining annual and project-specific scopes of work, budgets, and EHS procedures; training employees on proper EHS, field work, and reporting protocols; reviewing and submitting environmental reports to the client and State regulatory agencies. Project Geologist, Upstream/Midstream Oil and Gas Projects, Weld County, CO Performed site assessment, characterization, and monitoring of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, including decommissioning assessment and environmental spill response. Responsible for planning and implementation of field activities, contractor oversight, environmental sampling, field team management, geologic interpretation, report preparation, and regulatory form submittals for oil and gas clients.

Project Geologist/Asst. Project Manager, Former Fuel Terminal, Grand Junction, CO Managed and executed site investigations, drilling, and sampling events in development of a conceptual site model. Developed monitoring and remediation reports, site assessment reports, and corrective action plan in accordance with Colorado OPS regulations. Performed slug testing and groundwater fate and transport modelling to evaluate hydrologic site conditions. Managed health and safety issues due to dangerous volatile organic vapors, and safely performed work in Level B PPE. Acted as client and regulatory liaison and attended planning meetings and regulatory hearings. Project Geologist, Retail Gas Station UST Sites, Denver, CO Performed site characterization drilling, remediation monitoring well installation, and quarterly groundwater monitoring and reporting at multiple retail oil and gas UST sites. Sampled soil, groundwater, and soil vapor according to Colorado OPS guidance. Completed LNAPL transmissivity testing and data interpretation. Prepared site assessment reports, monitoring and remediation reports, and corrective action plans in accordance with OPS regulations. Prepared well permits for Colorado Division of Water Resources.

September 2010 – February 2013: Geologist; AECOM Environment; Denver/Fort Collins, CO Worked in Environmental Remediation Department on a wide variety of environmental assessment and remediation projects in CO, WY, NM, MT, and KS, including SPCC plan development and inspections. Duties included planning and oversight of field work and subcontractors, leading environmental drilling projects, soil, air, and groundwater sampling, geologic interpretation, site conceptual modeling, leading health and safety meetings and job safety analyses, and extensive report preparation. August 2006 – October 2008: Geologist; ENSR Corporation (AECOM); Sacramento, CA Worked in Integrated Site Closure Department on various environmental assessment and remediation projects in California. Duties included planning and oversight of field work and subcontractors, soil, air, and groundwater sampling, geologic interpretation, groundwater modeling, data analysis, site mapping using Auto CAD, and extensive report writing and preparation. Appointed as Workplace Action Committee coordinator and assistant Health and Safety Coordinator in 2008. LICENCES AND CERTIFICATIONS
