Developed global quality control checks for over 100,000 loan modifications, finding corrections needed on over 20% of them. Automated daily/weekly processes for various departments, saving the time equivalent of over 4 full time employees.

Used a combination of SQL and VBA to automate processes for a number of different departments. Mapped the data of several different clients to streamline the data ingestion process into our data center and make reporting easier. Participated in onsite reviews and creates the annual review of vendors and subservicers to ensure better portfolio allocation moving forward. Built SSRS reports for various business units including allowing any business user to find data from the over 1,000 data points collected from the subservicers.

Transferred boarding process from Access to SSMS allowing for much larger datasets to be absorbed monthly. Streamlined large parts of the boarding process resulting in a three-week process taking only two days. This led to larger boarding volumes and more time to analyze the loans.

Utilized Microsoft SQL, Excel, and Access to streamline monthly reporting processes resulting in fewer loan rejects throughout the month. Handled various exceptions reports internally and with the client to find process gaps, clean up any affected loans, and resolve any issues going forward.
