Exceptions: then the customer alleged that we sent a wrong item, my job is to verify their
claims. did some research, using online resources such as google and other software to verify
the items sent back are authentic and not scam. emailed the AP(security ) to confirm through
the camera that we sent the right items . if it turns out that the customer was right, we issued
credit, if not, we created a case and got customer service involved.
