Led the accounting and finance functions of four factories located in the U.S. and Asia. Sanmina is one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of printed circuit boards and developers of advanced circuitry.
Managed budget and forecast processes. Discussed revenue and profit bridge analyses with top management. Consolidated financials for plants located in USA, Singapore, and China.
Responsible for a sizable capital asset program across multiple continents. Created a smoother process for evaluating, analyzing, and reviewing facilities, infrastructure, and capital equipment requirements. Developed IRR and cash flow models to predict the timing of cash flow impacts to working capital. Produced new reports to track purchased items compared to detailed budgets. Responsible for roadshow presentations, 10-year trends, bridge analysis, backlog runoff, customer markets, challenging programs, reserves, leases. Preparation of different looks of future five- and ten-year projections.
Oversee all revenue accounting transactions according to ASC 606 and 842 standards, including percentage-of-completion, multiple element arrangements and CPFF. Developed ASC 606 policies and procedures.
Special analyses, including warranty reserves, cost to completes on complex development contracts
