Compensation Package Qualified

What is the compensation package? I'm well qualified, supervising almost 200 officers for over 15 years previously. However there's no sense in wasting either of our time, because if it's not, I'm not interested, I'm retired and don't need the money, but I'm not going back to work without a substantial compensation package.
