BCC:

-Manages the coordination of the virtual build process of all projects in DFW with BIM requirements for healthcare and higher education clients.

-Assists in successfully ensuring construction projects were delivered on time and on budget by coordinating schedules between clients, vendors, and our teams to ensure deliverables met their deadlines.

-Works with other Project Managers and Design Leaders to develop collaborative project workflows and processes with project partners to establish the VDC process for inclusion in the Project Execution Plan.

-Challenges BIM practices by creating presentations and lead training for internal education, recruitment, and pursuits of new projects to guide technology transformation.

WT:

-Managed the coordination of the virtual build process of multiple commercial buildings from a $41 mil. Data Center, a $64 mil mixed use building, and $86 mil healthcare facility.

-Oversaw the RFI and Submittal processes to ensure product data, shop drawings, and samples were approved and RFI responses are incorporated into contract drawings.

-Lead teams of subcontractors for all tile, flooring, window treatments, and other finishes in the building while assisting with other structural and MEP scopes.

-Establish standards of practice and integrated workflows with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and Integrated Project Delivery.

-Compiled and executed estimates, construction bids, contracts, and change order supplements.

-Worked with IT and project staff to ensure efficient hardware and software setups for jobsites to further review design technology applications, promote solutions, and analyze application usage metrics
