Quality Control Construction Administration

My resume and cover letter are in PDF format and I am not able to attach / paste my documents.

I have about 35 years of experience in commercials, educational and entertainment projects. My responsibilities included working on construction documents coordination, quality control and construction administration.

Please advise me how to submit my resume and other documents. As I mentioned above, they are in PDF format and not able to attach and submit.
