JOB DESCRIPTION:

I have performed MEP Inspections, Asset takeover & Handover and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects at over all Lusail city (38 Square kilometers).

In GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System), Achieved targets in the areas of energy efficiency (Electrical & HVAC), water conservation, Indoor Air quality & outdoor environment quality, as well as management and operations.

A list of all the single points of failure (SPOF) in the Facility & Property buildings was presented to the clients.

Managed Contractors through all phases of Operation& Maintenance (O&M) for work quality as per Master plan (52 week schedule) and Safety issues to ensure compliance with standards and Municipality/Government requirements.

Managed all account updates, cancellations, SLA, KPI, and monthly billing Etc.,

Prepare Observation Notices for Non-compliance performance during the daily tours at sites.

Keep accurate records on progress on sites and share information with the relevant In-house departments on Weekly & Monthly basis for their updates.

Provide support to the building, development and infrastructure departments in relation to any technical and planning interface of BMS & MEP Systems integration for Lusail Command & Control Centre, Lusail city, Aspire zone energy center, khalifa stadium, Etc.,

Implementation of the project engineering, including installation, commissioning Testing & commissioning of HVAC, FIRE System, Electrical, ELV systems, Building Management System (BMS).

Experience in Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) System.

Upheld health safety and government regulations in all work operations.

Ensure SOPs, Method statements, Risk assessment and training programs and other systems are in place.

Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing reports (Weekly, Monthly reports) for facility owners.
