Current Research:
Present research at the Energy, Biosensors and Bioanalytical Lab, involves the design and synthesis of molecular architectures for applications as biodiesel, bio-lubricants, and biosensors. Proximate analysis and characterization of functional food and bio-active natural products. Employ GC-MS, GC-PFPD, HPLC, FTIR, 1H-,13C-NMR and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy for structural elucidation and characterization.
