I have been entrusted the responsibility to handle maintenance of 3X500 MW thermal power plant I am actively involved and responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance jobs, managing Breakdown and attended Shut downs, tube Failure and Over

To ensure plant and machinery availability & Attending day to day breakdown Why analysis on repeated breakdowns & TPM and 5s activities in work area Maintain the major & minor machines spare with drawings, finding root cause for repeated Breakdowns & check weekly maintain records on machine condition. PRESSURE PARTS

Attending Boiler Tube Leakage.PM jobs for Wall blowers. Oil guns, LRSB.HFO&LDO Oil pump house Maintenance. Arresting steam leakages in the flanges. Pipelines valves Replacing and servicing of HP Valves ( safety valves, plug valves Gloiclesbe valves).SADC Dampers, alignment, Replacing. Oil and coal burners and services. Spring loaded services.
