I started at Figi's in Marshfield in **** as a customer service agent, and helped train and monitor customer service agents. Mason Companies bought Figi's and I've been a customer service agent for Mason from Nov. 2013 until May 2024. I have great people skills. I have inbound call experience placing orders, helping customers with any issues with their orders, taking payments and answering questions about their accounts. Also I have processed returns and order edit. For a short time I placed outbound calls for account collections, I filled in for call routing, and processed mail orders.
