Work History

Dunkin Donuts (Dubinsky Group LLC)

464 Lowell Street, Methuen, Massachusetts.

(October 2000 - July 2010}

Retail Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities included but were not limited to; overseeing day to day operations,

ensuring quality of product and customer service, while maintaining employee morale.

In this position I learned things such as labor costs, cost control, waste management

and leadership skills.

Unfortunately one of the brothers sadly passed away in the year

2010 and the partners decided to both retire, and the satellite stores they owned

were divided up and sold. I do still have a contact number for my

mentor and she would be happy to provide and reference information necessary.

Kelli Laffin manager at several Dunkin Donuts.

Custom Collision Autobody

650 Dutton Street, Lowell, Massachusetts.

(July 2011 - September 2015)

Office Manager / Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities included: answering phones, checking in the vehicles (including keeping

track of mileage, any visible marks, dents, and scratches etc}, detailing the vehicles inside

and out, making sure that the vehicles were up to the customers satisfaction when they

were picked up, and filing customer complaints.

I left custom collision due to budget cuts.

Dehenny Refrigeration

1629 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, Massachusetts

(June-2012 - August-2017)

Office Manager

Day to day responsibilities consisted of: answering phones, handling

customer complaints, sending out invoices that were due to be paid,

filing paid invoices, making sure that quota for ice were filled for the day.

I sadly left Dehenny Refrigeration due to the fact that it was mainly summer work

and the hours began conflicting with fulltime work schedules.

U.P.S

Seasonal Employee To Unload Trucks

My objective for working this job was strictly to fill seasonal hours around Christmas time.

After the holiday season my objective had been achieved they no longer required my skills.

Pawtucketville Social Club (Ernie Cate)

123 University Avenue, Lowell, Massachusetts 603-***-****

(May-2016 - September 2017)

Bartender

Responsibilities included: tending bar responsibly, ensuring customer satisfaction, opening.

and closing the bar each day, ensuring that the register safe were correct, and keeping

the bar clean. Although I absolutely enjoyed working here, being left to close alone became

enough of a safety issue that I chose to leave this position.

Laudis Breakfast House

Broadway Road, Dracut, Massachusetts

(January 2015 – June 2020)

Server\Wait Staff Manager

I have had many customers, but this environment taught me a new level

of respect for customers, and how they truly respect the personal

service. While I was fortunate to work in such a patron oriented place. I really

achieved the understanding of customer appreciation and personal

connections that people begin to form, we unfortunately closed down the

year of 2020, due to Covid 19.
