● Proficiently operate all equipment necessary for the cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment

● Train and assist incoming sterile processing technicians on proper sterilization techniques to ensure uniformity in following standard operating procedures

● Operate various computer programs used in daily operations, including pulling preference cards and printing schedules and electronic mail to distribute to medical staff

● Assemble and assign surgical carts for all operating room procedures in a timely manner
