I understand that in doing so, all academic decisions will be based solely off the transcripts on file at the time of my admissions. If I choose to provide transcripts in the future, I understand that transcripts will be evaluated for transfer credit eligibility at the time of receipt and credit will not be awarded for coursework or content that has been satisfied by coursework completed as part of my required degree plan at National University. An authorization to waive transcript may not be submitted for an official transcript that is already on file.

*Waiver consideration is for Admissions purposes only. Official transcript may still be required when determining eligibility for Financial Aid, Military or VA Education Benefits.

*Per the Department of Veteran Affairs, students receiving Military or VA Education Benefits must order and submit all official transcripts. JST or CCAF transcripts cannot be waived. Consideration for Undergraduate Transcript Waiver may only be reviewed with proof of student ordering transcript and showing extenuating reason why the order could not be fulfilled.

*High School transcript waiver forms will not be accepted. Waiver eligibility for High School transcript based on transfer requirements under Basis for Admission may be reviewed by the Evaluations department by emailing ***********@**.***.

*Transcripts that are required for Basis for Admission may not be waived. Please see University Catalog Bases for Admission Requirements and specific Plan Admission requirements for more information.

Students requesting a subsequent plan change or applying to a different degree may be asked to submit official transcripts that were previously waived if they are required for degree admission.

Students intending to apply to a National University Undergraduate Nursing plan may not request Transcript Waiver. The Nursing Department requires students to submit all transcripts from all Regionally Accredited Institutions attended prior to Evaluation and Nursing Application completion.
