Pros: Work is simple and easy to do, good benefits, and weekly pay. Cons: Poor management, communication is lacking by higher peers (supervisors), monitory overtime, unfair vacation earning, involving with other coworkers slow you down.

Pros: Very educational on learning science behind the understandings in physics and chemistry of energy by creating pressure behind the projectile. Understanding which mixture of gun powder and primers best match for making ammo. I made the best ammo for any caliber other than rimfire and shotgun ammunition. After 4 years or so I learned or self taught on how to run a matron machine which was advanced on finding problems in many ways in a fast rate and was very efficient when I was working there at the time. Was very proud of my work.

Cons: Once the company evolved in a much larger scale, new management of outside the company was enforcing newer methods that caused people to force to leave the job/company they were good at, me included. They wanted new people to run things clean slate of zero to no knowledge and made bad choices and made really bad ammo and sent them to customers not knowing obviously. I was told this after I left the company, a person I worked with in the tech department is also good at his job and forced him to leave years later. The owner is very delusional and made bad purchases of machinery that were still in prototype stage not tested in a full scale. As I see it the company is going to be facing bankruptcy or force to sell the company to a 3rd party.

Pros: Traveling coast to coast up to 40 states in the U.S. to work for FedEx airports Spraying lines in taxi ways. Pay was good, the scenery on the open road experiencing new places and people and the weather of hot/cold locations. Meeting friends I known online on no work or off work days due to weather conditions. Cons: Rarely ever time off, no vacation time, traffic is brutal, toxic people in big cities, painful customer to work with, and the owner is a moron. I left to find a better job that does not involve traveling anymore. Years later I found out the company was sued or lost and no longer in business. The same owner did something to lose the company. Didnt learn anything, teachers not teaching what is valued in the real world luckily im very wise in a very young age. If there willing to teach im willing to learn. The only subject I was clever at was math. My spelling is bad so you can blame the schools for that department.
