During my 29 years of experience as a Carpenter/Foreman/Supervisor I have coordinated, and problem solved with all trades to get many projects completed. I have worked on various commercial sites for many companies in locations throughout NJ. Projects have included floor by floor renovations and ground up new construction. High Rises, Hotels, Dormitories, Tenant Fit Outs, Retail, etc. I have experience in all areas of commercial exterior and interior construction including surveying, building layout, concrete footing and wall construction, heavy gauge wall, roof, and panel construction, roof expansion and blocking systems, light and heavy gauge welding, interior steel stud framing, soffit and curtain wall construction, drywall installation, sound and fire insulation applications, fire rating component and fire stop systems, ceiling systems ACT and Drywall, stair and ramp systems, interior/ exterior window systems, interior/exterior door and door frame systems, door hardware installation, millwork fabrication and installation, cabinet fabrication and millwork, interior trim and molding installation, and mastery of all hand and power tools. I have also done estimating, change orders, RFI, work orders, time sheets, coordination of work crews, coordination between other trades, scheduling of work, quality control, work site safety and ergonomics. Having done many fast-track projects, I have always strived for high quality and on schedule job completion.
