My role here is to handle day to day communication with the owner (LADOTD) and resolve any issues that come about. Project Superintendent/Estimator, Kiewit Construction, Fort Worth, Texas, May 2020- February 2022 Handling all drainage and utilities on the Connect 4 Project. Also estimating when needed. Handle the electrical packages design and construction. Field Superintendent, Nashville, TN, I-440 Highway Improvements September 2019 – February 2020 Handling all drainage and utilities on the project. Project Manager, Wright Construction, Grapevine, Texas November 2017- February 2019 Handled the day-to-day duties of setting up and managing Water, Sewer, and Storm Drain construction. All contract issues came through me and the scheduling of crews. Project ranged from 100,000.00 to 5 million dollars. Field Superintendent, Midtown Express State Highway 183, Irvin, TX, May 2016 – October 2017 Jason is currently handling over 40 million dollars in Dry Utilities relocation and assemblies. Have four subcontractors under my supervision installing ductbank. Project Engineer/Estimator, District Office, Keller, TX, January 2016 – April 2016 Jason currently acts as both a Project Engineer and Estimator for the South-Central District Office. Daily activities include Estimating and assisting with Utilities on Large Design Build pursuits, estimating small TxDOT and Arkansas DOT Project.

Row/Utility Manager, Border West Expressway, El Paso (Loop 375), TX, June 2014 – January 2016 Jason performed $25 million in utility relocations for this project under budget. This is a $447.5 million project for the design and construction of the 9-mile-long Loop 375, beginning at US 54 and extending to Racetrack Drive, providing a tolled expressway from downtown El Paso. Scope of work included construction of new toll roads and a multi-ramp interchange, track relocations for both the Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway, installation of Page 2

fiber optic cable to support the toll system, and also responsible for acquiring the ROW for the Project to be built. There were 42 Parcels that had to be acquired.

Lead Estimator, District Office, Keller, TX, April 2014 – June 2014 Estimator, District Office, Keller, TX, February 2013 – April 2014 Jason performed estimating duties including development, verification, and approval of estimates for a variety of RFPs while located at the District Office. One notable pursuit involved Jason leading a team of estimators working on the I-4 bid-build proposal for the Florida Department of Transportation. Utility Manager, DART Orange Line I-3, Irving, TX January 2012 – February 2013 Jason performed $8 million in utility relocations for this project ahead of schedule and under budget. This is a $150 million project for the design and construction of 5.2 miles of double light rail transit tracks from the DART Belt Line Station to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The scope of work included ballasted, direct fixation, and embedded track construction, 6,800 linear feet of aerial structures (eight total structures), three grade crossings, and all systems work.

Estimator, District Office, Keller, TX, October 2011 – January 2012 Utility Superintendent, DART Orange Line Expansion I-1/I-2, Irving, TX, February 2009 – October 2011 Jason performed the relocation of $10 million of utilities, completing this scope of work three months ahead of schedule. This $436 million rail project is a 9-mile, five-station rail line from Bachman Station on the Green Line in northwest Dallas to Belt Line Road, located south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The project features eight bridges, 58,000 feet of ballasted track, 24,700 feet of direct fix track, and 14,600 feet of embedded track. Office/Field Engineer, Eagle Pass Border Fence Project Eagle Pass, TX, April 2008 – February 2009

Jason’s responsibilities as an office engineer consisted of managing daily materials quantities and daily budgets. As a field engineer, he managed and assisted in the field on the day-to-day operations of this $150 million, 5-mile fence project on the U.S.-Mexico border. Jason served in the field on $68 million in several Laredo area projects, including the Webb Flyover Project, a 12- span flyover bridge with frequent traffic switches; the Diamond Interchange, an overpass that included new and expanded approaches and ramps; and three grading and paving jobs that expanded various sections of Loop 20 and Highway 59.
