The Role:

Manage overall Sales Credit process in various systems/tools for respective business teams.
Partner with various sales and customer service contacts to facilitate order issue resolution.
Assure sales credit is assigned to correct salesperson and organization

Advance Skills:
Bachelor’s +10 years’ experience in team facilitation, organization, and program management
Strong written and verbal communication skills also, an active listener
Proficiency in managing daily activities using various systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Smartsheet, Tableau etc.
Experience in Database Management tools and processes
Evidence of problem-solving skills – capacity to deal with ambiguity and tackle complex problems optimally.
