During my early teenage years (ages 13-16), I worked in various office environments, gaining diverse administrative experience. I served as a secretary for a custom home electrical systems company, where I developed skills in inventory management, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Pro, payroll, billing, and purchase orders. Simultaneously, I worked as a floater in a medical billing office, where I gained proficiency in data entry, 10-key operations, insurance verifications, billing, and ICD-9 coding.
By age 16, I advanced to the role of office manager for a private construction and renovations company, where I further honed my leadership and organizational skills. Nearly ten years later, I demonstrated my ability to retain and expand these skills, testing at a temp agency and qualifying as an executive assistant with additional expertise in PowerPoint. I am a fast learner, highly adaptable, and consistently dedicated to teamwork and productivity. My commitment to excellence has been recognized in every role, leading to swift advancement and increased responsibilities.
