Position QA QC Specialist
QA QC Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall O&M performance of assigned group of sites. Visiting assigned sites.
Conducting inspections in ANA and ANP assigned sites and report back to the quality manager on daily basis.
Prepare and submit written reports, photographs in a timely manner set forth in the started operating procedures.
Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work meet quality standards.
Observe the project daily work and monitors the O&M activities.
Verify contractor quality requirements as specified as specified to vendors and contractor’s documentation submittals.
Conducting RCA (Roots Cause analysis) on deficiencies and evaluating the corrective action plan. Issued ICARs (Internal Corrective Action Reports) CARs (Corrective Action Report) and letters of concerns to various departments within the organization.
Providing safety and security for persons, buildings, and assets of the sites through a variety of security techniques and methods.
Responding to requests for assistance and information in a helpful and courteous manner. Patrolling the grounds and facilities of the site in a manner consistent with standard Operation procedure (SOP) and IDS/TMK policy.
