• Learn core WMS capabilities and support warehouse deployments, WMS reports, and customer integrations as needed;
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly IT system status reports, as well as Quarterly IT budget and improvement plan;
• Planning and management of IT equipment and supplies, including asset tracking, requisitions, deployment, repairs via vendors, and evaluation/disposal of obsolete or damaged product;
• Management of IT vendors (reviews, screening, selection and monitoring), including all ISP, hosting, software, cloud services, technical support, and related IT service suppliers;
• Periodic updates to written GLF IT and Cybersecurity policies, as well as assist in IT Audits, ensuring compliance and regular implementation of software patches;
• Explore feasibility and implement options for warehouse monitoring technology and QR forms, including equipment inspections, safety, temperature, capacity utilization, and equipment tracking;
• Other IT and technology related activities as assigned.
