Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at State of Oregon IHOP Denny s Restaurant June 2017 - July 2024 (7.5 Years)

Duties included maintenance on dishwasher hardware and washing dishes. Cleaning all dining room tables, floors, and restrooms. Sanitizing the kitchen area where food was stored, prepped, and cooked was an ongoing task, and one that ended my shift daily.

Helping chefs and line cooks with prep-cook when necessary. When waiters waitresses were overwhelmed, I would buss their tables.
