My name is Tatiana Kesselring. Currently, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wingate University. I am writing because I feel as if I possess the qualities to succeed as a candidate for the turtle rescue role. I am interested in working for your company because my skills of performing and analyzing scientific data, collaboration on projects/studies, and scientific research will be continuously challenged while having the ability to use my passion for science and laboratory work. A skill that I feel represents me well is my ability to be held accountable, and my drive to become the best version of myself while pushing others to do so as well. As a former collegiate student-athlete at Wingate University, you are held accountable as a leader and a versatile team player in both academics and athletics. You are held in a position to help one another achieve their goals as well as grow in unity as a team. To grow professionally, and as a leader being a collegiate athlete has helped set me up for future endeavors by learning the importance of teamwork and perseverance.

Additionally, with experience in producing extensive research with biology professors at Wingate University have prepared me to utilize my strengths in research and writing in a role such as working for this company. As a former biology student, the courses I have taken have prepared me for future endeavors in leadership, interpersonal communication, and the ability to think critically. These skills along with research, and extensive time spent in science laboratories specialized in chemistry and biology with additional anatomical courses have allowed me to become a better well rounded individual.

The experiences and observations in various veterinary settings that I have held have given me the opportunity to collaborate and gain knowledge from various veterinarians. Given this opportunity has given me the ability to work with a versatile number of individuals and under extreme conditions in unique settings and situations. With various hours of observation in three different settings, which include working with both small and large animals. Along with various shadowing hours, I was given the opportunity to hold a large versatile number of responsibilities with working with data analyzation, research, and written/ oral communication that will help me with future jobs and careers. These opportunities, along with a strong background in analyzing scientific data and conducting/ following scientific procedures have given the skills and passions that would be fit for this position.
