I don't have an updated Resume. I Am a hard worker with a professional communication skills, time management and team worker.

I used to work at Uptown Dallas, I am looking for something near by to Gun Barrel. It seems this could work out.

I done a lot of construction and remodeling, I know electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.

My work experience Maintenance supervisor, Maintenance Assistant. I have a Universal HVAC License to work on Commercial and residential projects.

My main Job was to walk buildings and tag imperfections and sign off parts of the building to be occupied.

I like to help people teaching and or explaining which options are best for them, but if customers want a specific item to their choice and demands, I will do what I can to meet their speciations and or needs. The customer comes first. (The customer s pay our salary they deserve the best and the attention and care they deserve, like I said they are the back bone of this industry)

My University education, ATM College Station - UTA - Software I used AutoCad - Revit - Revit structure Some MEP.

Also I can troubleshoot computers (Command prom)

Back few years ago, there were Three houses Designed from scratch, Two remodels recently a bardomium, there at Golden Oaks.( Again from scratch)

Areas of knowledge

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing mini splits (install repair 410a R22 (no longer available)

I want to work near Gun Barrel by Lowes by 198 near Golden Oaks. Pasa the first bridge towards Payne Spring.
