I started out as a commercial form carpenter with the local union in Phoenix, AZ in 1985 where I went through my apprenticeship and earned my journeyman certificate working on multiple and diverse projects in the commercial sector and heavy highway with contractors such as Kitchell, McCarthy, and numerous other large contractors. I have also worked in the office as assistant project manager helping with the bid process, change orders and contracts.

MarMac: Hooters Restaurant, which was a ground up project that consisted of two restaurants in 1, the other named the Blue Moon Saloon both of which had extensive millwork and wood flooring.
2 Checker Autos and a Retail strip center. All ground up projects.
Kent Construction: The Keg Restaurant at Desert Ridge, was a ground up of an upscale steak house that has elaborate stone work inside that encapsulates 3 fireplaces and outside around the perimeter, millwork that used imported mahogany from the Philippines through out and tongue and groove pine ceilings.
Palisades: 2 Red Robin Restaurants from the ground up.
LGE: Applewood Pet Resort was a very upscale pet resort in Paradise Valley that caters to cliental such as Michael Jordan’s mother. Climatec, Aztec D, Stewart Manufacturing, Cable America, 4K Properties, Central AZ Supply, Design Source Furniture, Sun Amp, and Sun Systems were all design build ground up projects.
