Food and beverage-I learned various types of setups in Banquets and Restaurant as per the restaurant standard and also understanding InRoom dining operations.
Front office – Exposure to the night audit and understanding how to make Room key as well as check in of guest arrival & making the registration Card.
Housekeeping- I learned how to handle the guest, how does the Housekeeping Department works and handles the entire operations.
Kitchen- I was a part of Butchery section for food production Department, I learned alot during my time in kitchen.
