I completed my apprenticeship and worked as a journeyman installing complex HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and urban high rise new construction. In that time I advanced to a field foreman overseeing projects. Duties consist of managing up to 20 individuals per crew. Procuring materials required for project, abiding and delegating safety measures per OSHA standards. Coordinating Installation tasks and procedures, deliveries, and crane services with General Contractor and other Mechanical trades. The last position I held was a Detailer, I had a year of training in Revit, Bim 360, and Outlook. I was working on Bim coordination and clash detection. In this time I have been CPR certified,I have been trained to operate all terrain high reach equipment, platform lifts, and certified rigger/signalman. I worked on a Federal Penitentiary, High rise condominiums in Downtown LA, Hyperion Waste Treatment Plant, and a variety Medical facilities ranging from Tenant Improvement to New Hospitals.
