● Served as key member of the software development team on developing projects for OEM partners. Interacted with engineering and partners on implementing quality control methodology that met the requirements agreed upon with our partner.

● Executed automated test cases and script to uncover, identify and document software issues. LED QA testing.

Found bugs that couldn’t be reproduced manually due to the speed of the automation process. This in turn required engineering to make some tweaks to handle the tremendous amount of speed being sent to the server.

Stress testing via automation forced engineering to add additional memory to the hardware side. Since memory overflow issues were seen in higher numbers.

Identified the root cause of the performance issue. Since automation was running it so fast figured out the network couldn’t handle it. Resolution performance test was done in isolation separate from the main network.
